Maddie – Technician Advocate
Maddie Foster was born and raised in Palmdale, California, but has been living in Idaho for the past three years. While originally pursuing a career in the human medical field, she found her passion in veterinary medicine after working as a receptionist at an animal hospital while attending college. Maddie has always been passionate about helping others, having served as the president of the American Cancer Society in high school. She loves that the veterinary field keeps her constantly learning and on her toes, and enjoys the challenge of seeing a variety of cases every day.
As a Technician Leader at Habitat, Maddie takes pride in helping to advocate for and elevate our team. She is always eager to share her knowledge and experience with her fellow technicians to help them grow and develop their skills. Outside of work, Maddie loves spending time with her family, including her husband Nolan and her son Dax. She also enjoys exploring all that Idaho has to offer with her two furry companions, Champagne the red Alaskan Husky and Winnie the domestic shorthair cat (whom she adopted from Habitat when she was just three weeks old). In her free time, Maddie enjoys crafting, including crocheting and scrapbooking, as well as playing with her son. Maddie is passionate about her work at Habitat and feels grateful to be a part of such an amazing team.
