Dr. Lindsay Bailey – DVM

Dr. Lindsay Bailey grew up in Kirkland, Washington and has also called Fort Collins, Colorado and Pullman, Washington home before relocating to Boise in 2024. From a young age, she was drawn to veterinary medicine for the way it blends her love of animals with her passion for science, medicine, and working closely with people. She especially enjoys supporting the human-animal bond by helping families care for the pets they love.

Dr. Bailey earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University, where she graduated near the top of her class and was recognized for excellence in communication. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University, graduating with honors. Following veterinary school, she completed a competitive rotating internship in emergency and specialty medicine at West Vet in Boise, gaining advanced experience across emergency and critical care, internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, neurology, cardiology, oncology, and diagnostic imaging.

Dr. Bailey’s professional interests center on diagnostics and problem-solving. She enjoys working through complex cases to understand what is happening with a patient and develop thoughtful, effective treatment plans, especially when those answers help pets feel better and bring clarity to their families. She is CPR certified and has contributed to published research in canine cardiopulmonary resuscitation, reflecting her commitment to strong medicine and continual learning.

In her free time, Dr. Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. She also loves playing pickleball, reading, and rewatching her comfort show, Friends. Dr. Bailey shares her life with Dr. Dardis and their golden retrievers, Huckleberry and Cider, and is always happy to swap cute pet photos or show off silly pictures of them whenever she gets the chance.
