Krystle – Office Operations Advocate

Krystle has always been drawn to helping animals and treasures the special bond between people and their pets. That passion led her to veterinary medicine, where she found the opportunity to care not only for animals, but also to support the people who love them.

Since joining Habitat, Krystle has grown from her original role in reception into Office Operations Advocate. Working largely behind the scenes, she helps keep Habitat running smoothly through exceptional organization, careful attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support every member of the team. She keeps the books balanced while helping teammates find balance through thoughtful scheduling that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Whether solving problems, coordinating daily work schedules, or stepping in wherever she is needed, Krystle’s steady leadership helps create an environment where teammates know they are valued and supported.

One of her favorite parts of working at Habitat is being surrounded by kind, caring, and talented people who share a common vision. She values the teamwork, culture, and sense of community that make Habitat such a special place to work.

Outside the hospital, Krystle enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and their two sweet dogs, Fernando and Lawrence. She also enjoys attending live music and seeking out new adventures together, making the most of life both at home and outdoors.
